I feel they were very knowledgeable and the quality of work is good. My only problem was the communication. The accident occurred as someone backed into me. Not my fault whatsoever and since I use my car to drive to care for Hospice patients it was important to get my car back as soon as possible. I did have a rental car, but it wasn't the same comfort level as driving my own car, hence better communication as to how I can plan to receive my own car back to better plan my work days.

I had to keep calling them for updates. There were some issues with getting a part and I understand that can happen, but I had to call multiple times for updates. I selected this company because they had excellent reviews and they were kind every time I called, but not as good with communication as I think they could be.

Justin was fantastic. He communicated everything with us in a timely manner. It felt like he was truly invested in getting our vehicle repaired and returned to us. I would recommend Woodlands Collision Center to anyone who needs repairs.
