The car appears to be repaired correctly but their communication was poor. Having a phone number that was not even close to my phone number. Then when I called to make sure the day I had made the appointment to drop the car off, they told me that day was incorrect and said I had already missed the appointment date, which was an appointment I had not talked to anyone at Wood’s about.

I got my car back on 12-8-23 I drove to West Union to drop the loaner vehicle I had off. The check engine light came on, in the Kia at 50 miles. I walked outside today & my tire is flat. The tire & rim that were supposed to be fixed.
