Replacement hood is bent where it meets bumper. New paint is a mismatch. The way I understand it, paint must be blended to match even old paint, not just a color code sprayed.

This is my second experience with Woods Collision in Williamsburg. Unfortunately, my first experience was cut short due to my vehicle being deemed a total loss. However, the communication I received during those few days made my decision easy when I was involved in another accident a few weeks ago. Woods Collision has been nothing short of amazing. My Bronco is the first car I ever purchased on my own. To say it was my prized possession would be an understatement. When another vehicle hit me, I was absolutely distraught and devastated. As soon as I told the insurance company that I wanted it taken to Woods, Angie was my first line of communication. She was on top of absolutely everything that needed done behind the scenes with insurance, towing, etc. This relieved a ton of stress from me, as I am a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts through the day. It is very hard for me to be able to talk on the phone and have time to make phone calls to different people during normal business hours due to my job. Angie made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. Amber was my estimator. When I cane in to sign some paperwork, she made me feel very comfortable and hopeful about my car snd the things that were going to be done. Angie and Amber have both made sure I was updated on every single thing that has been done to my vehicle since it was delivered to them. Once my car was available for me to see and take home, I was just amazed at the quality of the work and services they provided. It looks absolutely fantastic. The small details and the time spent are why I will continue to chose Woods in the future if necessary. I could not be happier with the customer service, quality of work, and speed in which they were able to get me back into my Bronco. Thank you to Woods Collision, and specifically Angie and Amber!
