Hillsboro woods had my vehicle for a month without anything being done to it. Nothing. They didn’t have the right equiptment and a “green” body guy. No experience with my type of vehicle. Williamsburg woods did a fantastic job turning my vehicle around. Nick was especially was great and kept me informed. I had anger in my voice and Nick turned that around.

They have very nice people there and I never felt like they were rushing to get off the phone with me. I would have preferred more communication during the process and a follow-up call afterwards. A shuttle service would have also been very beneficial for me but when I inquired I was told that was not possible. I felt there were several safety issues with my vehicle that I discovered after I picked it up and that is very troublesome to me. I would be happy to work with them to build a process so this does not happen to other customers if they are interested. They did vacuum and clean inside the vehicle which I did appreciate.

I am very pleased with the way woods handled my repair. The only issues I had were never with Woods, any issue seemed to always go to The General not communicating with myself or with Woods.
