What was promised as a one-day repair, turned into having our car gone for almost one month. It was said because they were unable to obtain parts, and if that is the case where parts are hard to come by, I believe they should not take a car until they are 100% certain that all correct parts are in shop. Also, more contact from them on the status would have been nice. We had to keep calling to find out the status. We have had several repairs done at this facility. The work is always top notch as was this job, but the length of time we were without our car was just unacceptable this time. This will not dissuade us from recommending them or using them again, if need be, but it was a very disappointing experience this time. Hopefully it was just a one off.
