All of the staff I dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. It was obvious with each of them that customer service was a priority! As far as the work that was done on my car, it was exceptional. Overall, an excellent experience.

Outstanding customer service from the initial phone call through the return of the vehicle. Brea and *everyone* else we dealt with or encountered was friendly, responsive, helpful and seemed truly interested in our satisfaction. Even (what I presumed to be) the technicians smiled and said hello when we passed each other. I can confidently say that there is no other business or store I deal with that has such a high level of customer service.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at this location and had a great experience. The front desk staff member who assisted me, along with Breanna Seay, who completed my estimate, were both amazing throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the status of my repairs. The level of communication and customer service I received made the entire experience much easier and stress-free. Because of the positive interaction I had with both of them, I would definitely return to this center for any future repair needs. Thank you for the great service!

The only thing I would like is to have my windshield cleaner. I don’t know what they used but it smears and I’m having a hard time getting it cleared I might take it back and see if they can get it cleared
