Wrens was amazing and effortless to work with. They had fantastic customer service through out the entire process. They were honest with the timeline of repairs and kept me informed frequently on what was occurring. Then when I arrived for pickup my vehicle was even better than expected. They went above and beyond! My car looked amazing inside and out. We had a previous repair done by an another collision center that was not done correctly and they even fixed that. You can't go wrong trusting them with your vehicle!

I had a minor issue with the grill plate molding that it was a small gap space still showing . Was promised to get the after market part replaced with lexus oem part. Still see the same minor issue. Makes me wonder was it replaced cause when looking at my was paid out from the estimate I never seen where OEM part was purchased. Not fully satisfied either with the driver side after market fog light that was replaced from the OEM part cause it's looks different from the OEM part that's on the passenger side i noticed. My bumper is not fully flush in either on the top portion by the hood

I can’t get my car towed without a receipt. Did a receipt get left in the car? aaa considers it grand theft auto without a receipt. Please call me asap so I can get my car towed and make my 7 am appointment with Chrysler tomorrow to get my alternator checked
