My anxiety went away after speaking to the kind hearted receptionist as well as the professional man that did my intake, so sorry forgot his name but overall, I felt well taken care of. I felt he went to far beyond to fix my car after my accident. He made the experience very pleasant and receiving my car back. I was absolutely pleased with what I received.. my car was detailed. It looked better than it did before it went in meaning they even detailed the inside. I felt like I had a fresh new car.
