There are multiple grease hand prints all over the inside of my car and my tire sensor is still showing to b disconnected, the front bumper wer i was pushed into car in front of me wasnt even looked at, i have multiple pics of all the grease stains around seat belt ports as well as seats,

The girls up at the front were very nice and helpful. The owner went out of his way to let me know when my car was ready and asked multiple times if I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could do for me. He can truly tell he cares about his customers and there vehicles. He really went above and beyond!

There were at least three instances when I was promised a call back with the status in the last week and a half of repairs that I received no call and the delivery date was changed three times as well. I had to adjust my work schedule and other appointments three times because of this. It made me seem unreliable at work and with my doctor's office. The work on the car itself was great, it looks marvelous...but please, work on the communications follow-up.

Several times towards the end of the repair I was promised phone calls that were not received. As I had a travel deadline, this caused me a great deal of anxiety. Also, the final bill was incorrect when I got there. It was corrected before I paid.
