The shop was able to get me in weeks before any other across the state! They were very communicative about updates regarding the repairs and worked with me insurance company to ensure additional damage was approved. Truck not finished seven months after accident. After many communications. They did not detail the interior and in essence let the interior rot. Leaving the truck unusable and completely unsalable. Zero sense of urgency

I also liked the link to the status page, it was helpful to see an expected time frame for completion and easy to get contact info from there when I did want to reach out to you with questions.
