Communication was great, however when I got my truck back, I looked at the bumper which was very obviously crooked (needed to be aligned up and tightened, it sags down). I also just touched the corner of the bumper and the plastic piece fell off, which was obviously broken and reinstalled and rested on top of the bumper. An employee came out and agreed with me and is ordering the parts. Was happy with the customer service process, and the truck detailing, but the work that was done did not leave me feeling like I could trust the work itself.

The repair was done well, and everyone was honest and transparent about the cost and the length of time the car was in the shop. I especially commend Jessica Tilton in how well she treats clients and how she effectively manages this very busy business, she always was patient and knowledgeable about the entire process and kept me well informed. The car was repaired well and was immaculate when I picked it up. The rental process was very easy as well.
