Hood was scratched during repair. They tried to buff it out, but it is still visible.

The driver side doors, both the driver door and the rear door were badly impacted. I was heading east along Rte.15 and the young driver of the other vehicle was heading west. He began a left hand turn before my Toyota RAV4 had completely passed him. His driver side front fender and bumper dented and scraped my driver's door and sheared the decorative panel of the rear door along the running board completely off. The center post between my doors had been bent as well. The impact was at a shallow angle as he scraped and dented the door panels. He missed the driver side front wheel and let up when he got to the rear wheel but damaged the rear wheel rim, which was ground down. I was at least, still able to drive my RAV4, but the panels of the two doors showed the damage. Two new doors of the driver side replaced the impacted doors. The bent center post I suspect was also replaced, there were no signs of the impact when I picked the vehicle up. I was elated to see the RAV4 was completely restored to like new conditions. No more dents and scrapes to be seen. The new doors and the paint job to match the silvery finish of the car body simply amazed me. The restoration efforts of your team completely satisfied me. It is once again a pleasurable experience to drive this vehicle due to your talented workmanship. Many thanks to you all. Sincerely, Paul F. Gelineau

The collision with my RAV4 happened just across from the Xtreme Collision Center on Rte.15. This was a shallow angle impact as I was heading East, and the other party was heading West. The driver of the other vehicle made a left turn much too early, not giving my vehicle time to pass as a right of way for the oncoming traffic. The driver side doors were scraped and gouged, taking a decorative panel on the rear door completely off. New doors were purchased to replace the damaged doors, and many smaller details were restored to like new condition. I am grateful for the crew doing the restoration work, their care and craftmanship simply astonishing. I was amazed at the overall product that was returned to me. It is a delight to drive this Toyota RAV4 vehicle once again.
