Very unhappy with the time it took for repair (8 full weeks) and very unhappy with the extremely poor communication. No follow up, no call backs (except for a few from Jessie at the very end). Conflicting information. No updates, no explanations. All of the delays would have been easier to take if I had been kept updated on the status. Was originally told it would be done Christmas week, then New Years week, then the week after, and so forth. This was all a result of me calling in, not anyone calling me. I didn't trust anything that was being told. I was told my inspection was done, per my request. Picked car up and inspection was not done. My battery was dead when I picked my car up the morning after it was finished. Had to jump start my car. Was not what I expected to have to deal with.
