From Mr Y & S to John, Leo and Daisy at the ready, all were terrific! Like going to the dentist, you don’t want to go but if you need to and in this case, it was auto body work, all went well and our 2019 Geneses G70 looks showroom perfect! Great job, we highly recommend Y & S!

First of all, I appreciated almost daily progress reports and the any changes of the completion date and at least in my case it was completed a day early. The job was complete and thorough. Not to mention all friendly staff.

Once repairs started service was good. However while waiting for approval from insurance company, the follow up was not as good. I called multiple times to get an update on the situation with the insurance company and it was unclear where the delay was and why. It took over a month to get the approval and repairs started.

Daisy was very helpful during my time trying to coordinate the rental vehicle and drop off. She communicated a lot with me and coordinated with Hertz to ensure I had a smooth transition for car drop off.

This was my first experience dealing with car damage caused by another driver, and I was feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and saddened by the situation. From the moment I called, Daisy, the receptionist, provided exceptional customer service. Her empathy, kindness, and attention to detail truly lifted my spirits. Despite constantly managing phone calls, she patiently walked me through the entire repair process and answered every question I had with genuine care and professionalism. John, the estimator, was equally impressive. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and clearly explained the repair process. His knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence that my car was in good hands. Lee also stood out with a proactive and customer-focused approach. I noticed how attentive they were in making sure every customer was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Before I left, Jerry, the manager, personally greeted me and reassured me by explaining the lifetime warranty on the repairs. That extra effort made me feel even more confident in choosing this shop. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
