Due to issues found with quality of repair and attention to detail

The customer service and interaction was outstanding. When it comes to the satisfaction with the repair I have noticed a lot of inattention to detail. The hood gap is off on the driver side and the hood does not completely latch down, making for a significant vibration in the hood when driving at highway speed. The bumper gap and alignment is off by over a half inch and does not align equally with the quarter panels. When driving home, one of the replaced trim pieces partially disconnected and does not fasten securely. The outside temperature gauge also does not work. I believe the damage from the collision may have been more severe than was uncovered during the tear down and rebuild.
