We did not receive the warranty paperwork as the computers were down. It was to be sent when the computers were back online. We have yet to receive said paperwork.

James did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop with my vehicle. He was very fair and open with the pricing. Showed me the parts he was going to order and how much they cost. He gave me a high and low estimate for my repair. During the repair, a part was recieved damaged and he let me know about the hiccup and quickly ordered a part that would work. He let me know the timeline for repairs and the truck was repaired in a timely manner. The vehicle was in better and cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. I am very happy with the work and service I received at Yates. Thank you james and all the staff that worked on my vehicle. I appreciate all the hard work that was done on my behalf.
