my brow wasn’t put back on and you can still see scratches.. i thought at the price they works hand painted the whole car not just spot painting.. also the headlight that was replaced wasn’t adjusted and it’s off.. i’m a bit disappointed…

Wonderful experience! Yates was so helpful extensively coordinating with Geico throughout the process so I never had to. James is who was in charge of my car and he and the whole team are very helpful and kind. They really go the extra mile!

If you live in South West Montana and need a body shop, Yates Body Shop in Butte MT is your one stop shop. We have not received this level of customer service, communication and quality of work in years and I don’t say this lightly! They battled with the insurance company on our behalf and gave us advice on how to play the insurance game. In the end Yates was able to get us all new OEM parts not China after market or used parts off a totaled vehicle.
