We are 1000% overly satisfied with the professionalism, communication and customer service we received from Rhonda and the entire team at Yates Collision. Every phone and interaction with this team was met with the highest level of courtesy. We read the reviews before selecting this location and they did not disappoint! We received our vehicle on time with meaningful updates and communication along the way. Rhonda- in particular- made our experience exceptional and we cannot emphasize how much her empathy, updates and understanding meant to me and my family amidst an unfortunate accident that upended our lives. We would not go anywhere else for collision needs and will HIGHLY recommend this location to our friends, family and colleagues. (I am a Major in the Army and if I were writing an evaluation comment for Rhonda I would write: Promote Rhonda now ahead of peers and send her to executive level leadership positions within the organization without hesitation. She is the kind of person who builds and supervises high performing teams built on customer experience and quality service.)

Exceptional staff from the beginning to the end. The work the guys in the shop performed was the absolute best I've seen. Lobby area very clean.. Real talk my car looked brand new shinning & cleaned on the inside!! Job well done hands down!!
