Repairs are great customer service was not and having bad customer service makes the experience overall a negative one.

They made the car look brand new again and steering after alignment is spot on.

Communication was not the satisfactory , I received no updates on my vehicle when the repairs were delayed past the date I was told it was going to be done. When I would call I would be put on hold for several minutes and then transferred to a voicemail and after leaving a message would not receive return phone call back. The insurance company finally called after a week of no word on my vehicle and was able to get an update and then it was promised again on a diffeent date and that date came and went with no Communication that it had to be delayed again. Finally at the end of week two after i took my vehicle in the insurance company called again to see what the delay was and I received call that afternoon the vehicle was done. I understand things have to be delayed for some reason or another but communication would be great as to why.
