Brook, at Zappelli’s was so very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She looked at the damage to my car and within 15 minutes had a written estimate and walked me through the work that would be done. They drove me to Enterprise for the car rental. Brook kept me informed as the work was being done and my car was ready when promised. Thank you for the excellent service. I would 100% go back to Zappelli’s if needed in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

I was recently hit while stopped at a red light. I was in my new car! Samantha helped me in the past why we were also hit by others! This time Samantha and Brook took on the State Farm insurance of the person at fault. They made sure everything was taken care of. They were in constant contact with me and updates. My beautiful car came back to me like new. I am very pleased! I hope others don’t let insurance push them around about how to have their vehicles fixed. Take it to a local family owned Business here in Santa Rosa Zapelli’s! I would definitely do it again
