The repairs to my vehicle are completely excellently and I was kept up to date the entire time they were doing the repairs. This is the 3rd time Zappellis has worked on my vehicle and each time it was excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. My only concern was the time it took to get the work done. That said, I understand that the shop experienced unexpected power outages.

By customer service, I'm referring to the service provided by Brooke which I found to be excellent. She went above and beyond when it came to driving me home and offering to pick me up. Very few if any shops offer that service.
