If you need some peace of mind after an accident, then this is the place for you! After dreading the entire process of getting my car fixed after I was hit, Ziggy's was there to make it all better. I was hit Wednesday, August 28th, did my paperwork with the insurance company (GEICO ROCKS) and had already made an appointment to get the estimate, adjuster, rental car etc. by 8:25am the next morning. Seamless does not even being to describe the experience. Ziggy's is a GEICO Express Auto Repair Center so it gets even smoother from there. The car was finished by Wednesday, September 4th - Yes, that is only 6 days, with a holiday thrown in there as well. By far, the partnership that Ziggy's and GEICO have created should be envied by all the other shops in the area that are clearly doing it wrong. You want to know what true customer service & worry free car body work is supposed to feel like? Next time you need work done on your car, this is the only answer! Couldn't be more impressed or pleased by my experience! Thank you!

Very good customer service. I was kept informed at all times and my car was ready when promised and looking great. My only “complaint” would be that I was told they would put a missing screw on a loose molding that was fixed there a few years ago, and they forgot.
