When I brought in the car, the women at the front desk were friendly and efficient and called right away to get my rental car. While the car was being serviced, I was glad to receive regular updates. The car was ready two days early and I was notified right away and then given a friendly reminder. When I came to get my car, again everyone was friendly and quickly checked me in and got my car for me. I was also pleased they checked in my rental car and notified Enterprise.
