Car detailing was absolutely incredible. Super thorough, even cleaned the inside of the Tesla fridge I had in the sub trunk! The only downside is that the front windshield camera is significantly soiled now and will require a cleaning. This affects self driving functions.

I appreciated how they kept ime in the loop and communicated the progress in repairs. Everyone of the staff members I had any communication with, was professional, and courteous and took the time to answer any questions. My car was beautiful when I picked it up.

When I dropped off my vehicle to you guys I thought I was leaving it in trustworthy peoples hands. When I got my car back today 9/17/26 & went to look for my Marc Jacob black sunglasses & realized they are gone is beyond words!! I am DISGUSTED with what kind of people turnpike motors have working for them!!! This is very disappointing & it needs to be rectified. As a business owber myself this is NOT the kind of people I wouid want working for me. I hope someone has the decency to do the right thing! I will be sharing my experience with others. Never would I have thought to empty out my car before bringing it to get repaired.
