The work that they did was great, and the communication was great. My only gripe was that they put a can of paint thinner that was in the bed of my truck inside of the cabin and it tipped over and spilled all over my floor mats so now my truck has a chemical smell that I need to air out. A little common sense would have prevented this from happening.

I’m going to penalize you because of someone that has worked in customer service for over two decades there is nothing more inorganic or unnatural then pressuring customers to give you a 10 out of 10. Do your job right and it will come naturally.

There were good people. They took good care of me besides the guy that handled my case from travelers never reached out to me. Let me know what was going on. So I was like totally clueless. So I called them, and I talked to them, and they helped me out with everything. I don't know what that guy was thinking, but he shouldn't be working. If he don't know how to reach out and let people know what's going on with their vehicles? How you get paid for something.You don't know what to do

I was recommended by my brother in law o your place. Since the beginning of calls and service everything went well. I’m pleased to have my car’s bumper getting it fix at your shop. When I picked it up I did not notice a little misalignment problem with the bumper and the muffler. Is not well adjusted and aligned.
