The way I was treated initially was extremely inappropriate. I would hope future customers could experience a higher level of customer service or basic courtesy. However the appraisers I worked with were excellent. My negative experience was based on the initial interactions. She did seem to overcorrect after that. Also there were two mistakes made during the repair, which delayed pickup, but I appreciated the honest updates during the process.

When I arrived for my initial appointment, I was told I had called and cancelled my appointment, and rescheduled to a later date. The new time was scheduled for a day that I was out of town. I would NOT have rescheduled the appointment on the day / time she insisted was mine. I asked if anyone could look at my vehicle since I was there. I was then told as a “drop in” my car could not be looked at because you operate by appointment only. The rude, dismissive and disrespectful way I was treated by her was surprising, considering this was clearly a misunderstanding and administrative error. I’m a repeat customer of Vernon Collision and have not experienced issues in the past. I also looked in my phone records to show I had not made a call to cancel as I was being accused, but there was no understanding. Overall this was a very negative experience. I remained calm and patient but I think this could have been handled this in a more professional manner.
