I am pleased with the outcome. The vehicle looks great. The communication during the process was lacking a little. Several times I was led to believe progress was further along than it actually was. I would have appreciated more if I was told honestly what was happening. I realize a roof replacement is a major repair, however 2 months seems a bit excessive. It seems that location may be understaffed. Noel was great. I am thankful that Caliber covered the car.rental after insurance coverage ran out. I would have liked to have been more informed about the progress.

The shop did a somewhat poor job of communicating progress. Often giving a false indication that the progress was further along than it actually was. Not responding quickly.to questions. Clear updates on progress would have been preferred.

My agent did the greatest job ever going the extra mile dealing with a complicated insurance situation. He notified me every day about the status of my car and even facilitated my car being ready 8 days early! I personally think he deserves to be recognized for his dedication to his craft and superior customer service!
