Noel was great. He communicated well and clearly, when above and beyond to take care of the car. Front desk employee is great too! She was super kind and friendly, did a great job of giving a sense of positive and helpful environment.

Both Noel & Sarah are assets to Caliber--- Noel, Adjuster, was pleasant to work with & thouroughly explained repair process & answered & resolved all my questions. He went above & beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Also, Sarah, Customer Service, is easy to talk with, knowledgeable & competent. She assisted me with resolveing the issue of getting my car towed to Caliber by communicating with my USAA Adjuster.

The paint work was good, I’m just disappointed in the fact that my insurance company did not cover a full repaint of the bumper nor did they cover any repainting of the lower air dam. What’s more disappointing is caliber didn’t call me ahead of time and tell me this. If they called me and explain to me that the insurance company was not going to cover a full bumper repaint and only repaint 3/4 of it I would have requested an estimate to pay for the rest out of pocket because who paints 3/4 of a bumper?

the work done was great but my completion date got pushed back literally 4-5 times. Caused my wife and I to go thru our rental time on our policy and we were without a second vehicle for 5-6 days
