From the moment I walked in the door of Caliber Collision I was taken care of with professionalism and courtesy. The woman at the front desk was very nice and got in touch with the rental company so they could come get me in a timely manner. Anthony was excellent to deal with and explained everything to me and addressed all my questions and concerns ! I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that needs a shop after an accident . Great job to the entire staff that dealt with my repairs … 5 stars !!

Anthony was excellent .. he explained the process to me and kept me completely updated in the repairs to my Toyota every step of the way. This place is 5 stars .. from the start of the process when I dropped the car off and spoke with the woman in the front office of the southington location all the way until the process was complete I was 100% happy . The repair was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things . If anyone ever needs a body shop I will be recommending this place very highly! Thank you to everyone that worked on my vehicle and dealt with everything from the paperwork to the repairs !!!

In fairness repair work was done by a dent company, but they were my contact and place recommended by my insurance company.

Actual work was hail damage so not done by Caliber directly,so I cannot comment on quality of work. Although I was told I would receive good communication it wasn’t. Told they would need my car 5 days. After 8 days of no contact, I called and was told someone should have called but dent guy hasn’t been around, schedule date is a week and a half away Sept 3. I called back and spoke with a manager who said it would be fine the next day. I called back to confirm and was told finishing up will be done Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and was told there are 8 cars ahead of mine for clean up so might not be that day.etc:In the 3-4 weeks of my repairs, work was not done when expected and the only way I received updates was when I called days after expected completion. When I did call I received conflicting information. Only thing done promptly was taking my deductible.

Rated an 8 because someone forgot to hook up my front windshield wiper line under the hood, I fixed this myself but it’s worth noting for QA in the future. Also half my tank was used, I was not under the impression that it would be driven that much, that more than half was required for the weight to properly calibrate sensors. Gas is expensive, so I would’ve appreciated a warning or some kind of reimbursement. I would recommend overall despite a few sloppy points
