My Experience

I was very thankful for how communicative the team was with me throughout the repair process. I spoke with Liz on the phone multiple times and she let me let me know each day how the repairs were coming along. After I alerted her that I needed my car back to return to work earlier than the date it had been pushed to, she told the team in the collision department and worked to get me my vehicle back on the original date. The repairs look great and I am very happy with how the whole process went.

I was very happy from the first time I came there until I picked up my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed on how during the fixing of my car I got regular texts on the update of the progress. Which I really appreciated. Thank you for taking such good care of my cat and myself. Also you gave me an excellent rental.

Got my truck back. The passenger mirror does not adjust with the control button. Also driver's door has some type of residue on it. Left needs to be fixed.

At first it was a little aggravating and inconvenient that they had my car for a little while longer than expected but man oh man! What a EXCELLENT job was done! They even washed my car and cleaned the inside and it smells new again! I cannot say enough about how good of a job they did!
