"I was very satisfied overall with the work of my vehicle. However I do feel there is room for improvement regarding staff to customer. I had gotten a phone call from a young lady telling me that my vehicle would be ready for pickup when I went to pick it up they told me that the car was still being repaired. Obviously I was very confused considering I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup on Monday August 10th I explained to her I would not be able to arrive until Tuesday August 11th she told me fine when I went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready on Tuesday August the 11th. Which inconvenienced me as Rocco's is out of the way from where I was going that day.
