The estimated completion time consistently showed Thursday 6/11 at 1:00 PM in your system, and I even received a text message saying the car was on track to be finished that day. However, it wasn’t actually ready until the following day. My suggestion would be to make sure those timelines are as accurate as possible, or perhaps build in a 1–2 day buffer so customer expectations are better aligned with the actual completion date."
