"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Goodrich Auto! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. The entire repair process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care for their customers. The quality of the work was outstanding—my vehicle looks absolutely beautiful, and you would never know it had been damaged. They paid attention to every detail and clearly take pride in the work they do. What impressed me just as much as the repairs was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. They made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend Goodrich Auto to anyone who needs auto body repairs. They truly went above and beyond, and I am extremely happy with the results. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I've used Gerber of Horesheads, NY, for several repairs over the last few years. Jason and Amber have been there for all of them. They both make you feel like family! They care for your car with the same attention to detail and the same demand for perfection that they would if it were their own. I had a problem with my insurance company cancelling my rental vehicle. Jason asked for my cancelled reservation code. He made several calls to both parties, and got my rental car delivered! When the job was done, Amber walked me through every part of the truck that was touched, indicating whether it was replaced or repaired, and explaining how that part of the job took place. She asked me to drive it and report back to her if I had any questions or any need for adjustments. Very thorough!!! Thank you, Gerber!!"
