Took it in for an Estimate, received a statement with what needed to be fixed and the date the service will be started and an estimate of the completion. It actually had some additional issues show up before the original date of service, that declared it undriveable and they came out and towed it in less than 2 hrs from me calling with the update. My vehicle was then serviced and completed a lot sooner then the initial start date."
