They checked me in, went over paperwork to be read and signed and as they asked why is there a diagnostic test, they were pleasant to explain it with me. The gentleman that kept in contact with me is Outstanding with his communication skills and making you feel as though you are a priority. Impeccable Customer service to this man! When I came to pick up the car the technician did a fabulous job at explaining what was done, noting each detail and what I could expect. I highly recommend Vive where they Care about their customers!"
