I LOVE THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK; MY BESTIES SMILE AND PAUL WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ALL THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW. MY RIDE HOME WAS LIKE THE VERY FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE. If you are looking for a Hyundai Certified Center specifically and this is the closest, save yourself some stress by picking a different one. We have reported these concerns to Hyundai on different levels.

Our 2026 Hyundai Sante Fe was returned to us with a headlight still damaged, various scratches and issues including damage they caused that wasn’t there prior in an area the accident didn’t impact, 21 issues marked in total. They took it back for a week to correct their work, when I came for pickup the vehicle was showing multiple codes including powertrain issue & had a dead battery, that was resolved. There are currently swirl marks from improper buffing in our hood and they are denying damaging our door handle when we have proof it wasn’t beforehand.

Our vehicle sat after insurance estimate for 3 business days 5 total with no communication, they blamed that on us and the insurance company. We have yet to hear back about the hood issue or our dispute of the door handle damage not having been there prior. We needed additional rental time because of their failure to complete the work properly initially, they denied that request at first then agreed.
