They lost my keys, that a pretty simple thing to get right, and unforgivable that they accused me of being at fault for their mistake. It caused me a lot of unnecessary stress, I spent a full work day hunting down the issue. I had to arrange extra transportation to retrieve the car to take it to the dealership to request a new set of keys. If I didn't have spare keys I would have had to tow it. They told me I needed comeback to give them the spare keys to move the car to work on it on the shop which wasn't correct.

It looks new again, I'm not expert on cars. There was an electronic alignment done on the mirror because the panel was replaced. I haven't noticed any issues yet

The car repair work itself seems fine, but they lost my key and the receptionist accused me of losing them. They had no process for keeping track of keys! It would have taken a month $450 to replace the key at the dealership. I was considering cancelling the whole service, but they found the keys hours later right before I was about to order a new set. They also mixed up my information with another customers. I'm left wondering what else could be wrong with the car that I can't see, if they can't even do basic front of house correctly. The garage itself is also difficult to back out of, I was nervous I would get in accident leaving the shop. While they did complete the service on time and resolve my issue, I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone when there a plenty of other choices.
