The communications throughout the whole repair process was excellent with Dan. i have been associated with car repair most of my life and must say that Dan gets an A+. Ashlyn was awesome to work with. Insurance gave me a hard time throughout the process, but she handled everything professionally and stayed on top of it from start to finish. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You can tell she genuinely cares about taking care of her customers. She got my car back to me quickly and made the whole situation way less stressful than it could have been.
