Ashland and everyone were so pleasant and professional. I had received other estimates and First Choice gave me the best quote. Ashland updated me regularly. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the customer service here. This was my first experience with an auto claim and body shop so I wasn’t sure what to expect. While I had a few hiccups with my insurance adjuster I never had any problems with the team at 1st choice. From the time I called to schedule the appointment crystal was very helpful with getting me scheduled and explaining things and then once I dropped off the vehicle Ashlyn went above and beyond to make sure I was always up to date with whatever was going on. She has the patience of a saint and I will forever recommend anyone and everyone use 1st choice. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the vehicle and the experience as a whole.
