The repair itself is good, not happy with the whole "wait until the car is dropped off to order parts" thing. I thought the whole point of making an appointment was so the job would be ready to go on that day.

When I brought my car in on the appointed day, no one informed me that the parts hadn't been ordered yet. Apparently the order was made that day. My car sat there all week because no one realized that the parts order hadn't actually gone through properly. In fact, who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't called for an update at the end of the week. They didn't even get the parts and start working on the car until the 6th day, which was how long they told me the whole job would take in the estimate. I could have been using that car all week. I was really mad. Also, I had to keep calling to get updates, as no one ever called me to let me know how it was going or that it was going to take more than the 6 days originally quoted even once they had received the parts. An update or two would have been appreciated.
