The entire team and experience was seamless. Ashlyn went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company responsible for the damages when they were non-responsive and coordinated all parts and third party services required for my repair ahead of time to ensure a fast turn around time for getting me back into my vehicle.overall, great experience to include the enterprise rental being onsite. Highly recommended shop.

The people and workmanship is usually great with zero issues. This time I had to point out a few things and still need to discuss the lights being adjusted with the shop.

Front had the some sort of chrome addition that was not on my vehicle prior to the accident. The head lamps and fog lights are not at all like they were. I have 70% of the night time visibility I had prior this accident.

I have had two cars repaired by 1st Choice, and as I told the owner, this is the ONLY place I will bring my cars for collision repair. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional, and performs to the best standards. They do what they say they will do, on time, and within agreed estimate. Don't think TWICE go FIRST Choice!!!

The repair work was great! However the whole storage tray from the back was removed and put in the back seat!!! Why was this even taken out….did you need a jack? I hope all those pieces are still there! I’ve never used it!
