If personnel attitude changes, you don't have to be kissy kissy, but a smile and handshake would be nice.

Personnel in the shop some of them were not very friendly. they maybe overworked, but in a business world where I work, when one person is negative or several people are negative it reflects on the whole shop.

I had to adjust the door latch pin when I got home. It was not centered. The latch was rubbing hard on the top as I closed the door. The window does not roll all the way down. The glass protrudes up about an inch and is uncomfortable to rest my arm on the door when I am backing up. The window rolls down hard. Guess it is because a new window track was installed. I believe the window should be adjusted so it rolls all the way down.
