3D Autobody did an amazing job fixing the entire passenger side of my Jeep. The repairs, paint, and detailing job on my Jeep was outstanding. I was also so happy that they finished my Jeep several days in advance of the estimated completion date.

The fact that you didn’t even care to look at the swirls when I came back to talk to you about it proves a lot. I will let others know about my experience and that if they want their car to come back with other things wrong with it and excuses take it there.

Customer service was polite. However there is more to customer service than that! I feel like there was a strong lack in communication. I scheduled my appointment and they told me when it was done. That was it for communication. I am glad I had to call back because nowhere did it say, or no one told me I was unable to wash or wax or get ceramic coating put back on my car for 90 days. When I went to schedule that appointment for ceramic coating they said it needed to be redone due to the swirls! My car went in the shop without swirls and water spots. I guess I expected my car to come out the same but better because it was fixed. Blaming the swirls and water spots on your lack of belief in ceramic coating is not very valid. No matter if I had ceramic coating or not my car should have came back the same and in better condition. It was not! I researched ceramic coating and it prevents from UV rays and rock chips. It can get water spots if you wash it with dirty water and don’t dry it well enough. In fact it says to not wash it in the sun. It also is not supposed to be washed with harsh soaps, chemicals or cloths. I was unaware it was even getting washed. Maybe that should be asked of the customer. Ceramic coating is also backed by insurance so I doubt insurance companies would back glorified wax and pay to have it redone if repairs were needed. It really sucks that I am now out another 1,000 because you can not return a car back to the owner in its original state.
