My first impression at Corzav was that I mattered. Starting with the receptionist. She tried to put me at ease, assuring me that they could take care of my car. The updates I received on the different stages of progress put my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands. But what really impressed me was the manager. He went beyond his duties for me. I got stuck in Atlanta traffic and he stayed after hours for me to get my car. He explained everything that was done as we inspected my car. It was hot outside but he did not get annoyed or frustrated with my questions. That's what I call customer service. I will happily recomm end Corzav to anyone needing collision work. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in repairing my car to make it look brand new."
