From the beginning they were very helpful and helped me every step of the way . The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Anthony was professional, pleasant and clearly communicated the process. The regular updates via text were informative, keeping me aware of the progress they were making toward completing my car's repairs. I am very pleased with the work they did to my 2024 Kia Telluride; it's back to its original look and drive. I will definitely refer 323 Auto Collision to others or return there for repairs if the need arises!

The car was delivered to me incomplete, and they also gave me very bad service. I had to go twice to have photos taken, and they get upset as if it were my fault, and to this day they have not spoken to me to find out what happened to my part.
