Was nervous to have my car transferred to a facility I didn’t drop it off to, but communication from both offices was great. I was kept updated on process and when I received the car, it looked brand new! Each targeted fix it area was done well.

Carlos was very descriptive regarding the damage assessment and was transparent about the process it was going to take to replace the damaged parts of the vehicles. He did provide updates whenever anything new came up and whenever I couldn't reach him he left behind voicemails regarding those updates.
