staff was super freidnly and helpful. they sent many updates through emai land calls. when I picked up my vehicle they gave me a explanation or what they didi and if needed what falls under the area where i can being vehicle back through their gaurentee.

It’s actually High Caliber! Before I actually brought my car in friends and family told me I will be well taken care for. They’ve been customers in the past. From the first call I made to Melinda and Noe, I knew what I was in for. Exceptional, quality and high caliber customer service!! No kidding! There isn’t a lot of repair shops like this! They even got me an uber which they paid for because I had no one to pick me up when I dropped my car off. Very kind and respectful and decent people! Genuine gratitude coming from me!! Thank you Noe and Melinda and to all who got their hands dirty to get my car in top shape again!

The team that worked on my car was very negligent and should not be handling anybody’s car. I highly value my car for them to treat it the way they did.

I picked up my vehicle and at the Carson caliber body shop and I am very unsatisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I had to take back twice for them to fix the issues and now they dirty the interior of my car. The seats are dirty, the center console is dirty and has a huge dark burnt stain, the rear trunk cover is dirty and covered in paint residue, they did a lazy wipe down on the cabin with some oily wipes. I have given caliber multiple times to get it right and every time something else is wrong. I contacted my insurance and told that I would like to get a 2nd opinion and take to a different body shop.
