My Experience

Craftsman Collision demonstrates outstanding customer service, communication and repair work quality. Specifically, Angie contacted me within minutes of ending my call with AllState. Angie was professional and patient trying to fit me in for an estimate during the week. When I arrived for the estimate, Angie greeted me immediately. Without delay, Clay met with me to inspect the damages. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Clay also took time to go over the repair process so I had a better understanding of how long the repair would take. Prior to scheduling the repairs, Angie texted me the information on Enterprise Rental. When I returned for the repairs, Clay checked me in and made sure I retrieved any personal belongings I would need. They also sent periodic text updates during the process. Our vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, and the team made it look like new again. Specifically, I was pleasantly surprised that Clay also had the headlights polished. Angie also conducted a final walkthrough and suggested I return if any issues occur. As a result, I highly recommend Craftsman Collision, and I greatly appreciate the professionalism by Angie and Clay!

Clay was very friendly and professional. The repair was very well done. The only feedback is to have more prompt and accurate update on the pick up date. Last minute notification that work is done 4 days before anticipated and requested for pick up within hours of shop closure on a Friday afternoon caused inconvenience.
