I liked that CCUSA kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. The car came back looking better than when I dropped it off... repairs done, clean inside and out. And they were very helpful in coordinating with the car rental place. I would definitely recommend this company.

If I could I would rate 10 for the actual work, my car looks beautiful, just like new and I am very pleased, as I have been with your work in the past, on other vehicles. But my repair took five weeks + because of delays, misunderstandings between the shop and insurance company. I’m not placing blame, just stating a fact. Also in my previous dealings with your shop the service manager of my car called me at least weekly to update me/answer my questions. I didn’t meet or talk to the service manager until the morning my car was released to me. The only person I talked to was Angie, who was excellent
