I was initially hesitant to take my car to this shop. Because I was told it wasn't a caliber collision shop. But it did end up being a caliber repair facility, and I knew I would be in good hands. Having had a car repaired at another caliber shop. I was impressed with Robert and staff. To me they are top notch. But Robert went above and beyond. He's a great communicator. He made sure I was taken care of with everything and anything. His level of care and customer service I feel others could and should learn from. Kudos to you.
