I worked with Jenny during this process. She was so kind and helpful and walked me through the process at caliber collision. I had to drive back to Northern California, and I expressed that concern to Jenny. While she never over-promised anything, she always kept me in the loop of the process which made me feel extremely valued and cared for. Luckily for me, the parts came in earlier than expected and Jenny was able to let me know the good news that my car would be done in time to get me back to work. She was super friendly and patient with me. I was very nervous about my repairs and she never made me feel like an annoyance for asking me for an update. She truly handled the process with kindness and care that I can I can only be eternally thankful for. Thank you to the whole team as well who helped me get my car back in condition to drive up! I also noticed my car was very clean when it was returned to me. I did not expect that service, but I was really grateful.
