I am very happy with the repairs however as happy as I was with my car being repaired earlier than Gaby told me, it created a bit of stress as I was out of town and had to scramble to make sure my car was picked up so I didn't incur additional rental car fees.

Overall the experience was good. Not everyone on staff was friendly but my girl Sally was. The thing I liked the most was how fast my car got done and looks like a great job. I was earlier than anticipated and that never happends! However, my tesla key card was ruined and when I picked up my car and noticed it the lady was very dismissive and rude and just said that it happens and did not offer any solution. My key card is so warped I can't insert it into the case I have it in anymore.

First impressions walking into the lobby was not friendly. No one smiled and the "how can I help you" was not friendly. I get that they're just doing their job, but it feels like I'm putting them out for asking a question, or when I went back to pick up my car. My estimator Sally was friendly though. I unfortunately didn't get to pick up my car from her since she was on vacation.
