Like I've said, if hubs ever makes an appt, you'll see the car again. He damaged your work; hr can make the appt and pay for it.

Oh, total 10. Monica Frausto was so kind. She kept me informed of the progress of my car, and helped me get a ride home. We originally talked about help arranging an Uber (I'd pay for it, but don't have the app). She found a J&J driver for me - she went above and beyond! So grateful for her help! The driver was kind, too! He explained I could do drop offs and pickups at Hermosa. I used that info to pickup my car (hubs did the exact same thing and damaged all your hard work within 5 hours of bring the car home - worst bday ever). Melina at Hermosa helped me check out my car, noticed it was my bday, and wished me happy bday. I appreciated her kindness (+ the kind bday acknowledgement of the gent sitting at the front desk, too). Thank you for hiring people who treat clients with care!
