My experience with CarStar has been Excellent, the Best. It took less time than I expected to have the repair work done. When I got my car back it was beautiful, it looked brand new. Vik & his associates were very helpful, nice & friendly. The shop was very clean & organized. Water & snacks were available while you waited. I am very impressed with CarStar, the best.

Edwin and his staff were helpful, professional, friendly, timely and easy to work with. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 was their email system. It sent me a number of incorrect documents which was confusing. Not at all a big deal and Edwin said he would figure out what happened. I would absolutely recommend C3 Collision Center to other potential customers.
